Fruit

1. Choose small fruits such as grapes, berries and currants.
Wash and pat dry, and snip into small clusters if appropriate.

2. Prepare the Dr. Oetker Easy Egg White Powder as above and brush all over the fruit.

3. Place on greaseproof paper and dust thickly with caster (ultrafine) sugar.

4. Shake off the excess sugar and place on a rack to dry.
