Our Continental chocolate is renowned for its premium quality.  Our rich and creamy White Chocolate is made from fine cocoa beans to ensure a superior chocolate taste and texture for your fine chocolate baking and desserts.

It is ideal for use as an ingredient in recipes and for covering cakes, fairy cakes, tray bakes and confectionery.  It is delicious if broken into chunks and used in Chocolate Chip Cookies and muffins.  You can also use our Continental Chocolate to decorate your cakes and desserts by piping and drizzling or making chocolate curls and other creative shapes.

Our chocolate melts easily over a pan of hot water or can be melted in a microwave.

Continental White Chocolate is foil wrapped for freshness and available in a 150g and 200g bar.
