Birthday Cake Numbers

1. Colour White Dr. Oetker RegalIce Ready to Roll Icing to your preference.

2. Trace the number on to a piece of baking parchment.
Place some of the Icing in a small piping bag and pipe a thin outline of the number on top of the trace.

3. Use the remaining Icing to fill the middle of the number using your thumbs to mould the icing to the edges of the outline.

4. Leave to set and then carefully peel off the paper, and place on your cake.
