Vanilla Crème Brûlée Dessert Mix
An easy way to create an impressive dessert the Vanilla Crème Brûlée Dessert Mix is quick, easy to do and great for any occasions. This French classic won’t disappoint with its rich and creamy vanilla custard middle and crunchy caramelised sugar topping.
Our Crème Brûlée has been specifically developed so there is no need for a blow torch to get the crunch topping, simple place it under the grill for a few minutes to get that delicious taste just like you get in the restaurant!
Additions:
• 200ml whipping cream (double of single may be used if you prefer)
• 200ml milk
How long does it take...?
• Prepare & Refrigerate – 1 hour 10 minutes
• Prepare Topping – 5 minutes
What to do...
1. Combine the crème mix with the milk and whipping cream, bring to the boil, regularly stirring.
2. Remove from the heat and divide between 4 ramekins (or small cups if you don’t have any) – place in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. When you are ready to serve, sprinkle the caramel chips over the top and place in the grill for 5 minutes.
