Ingredients
200g Dr. Oetker Scotbloc Chocolate Flavour Cake Covering
100g (4oz) unsalted butter
200g (7oz) chocolate chip cookies, lightly crushed
100g (4oz) Dr. Oetker Mini Marshmallows
100g (4oz) sultanas
To decorate
Dr. Oetker Writing Icing
Method
1. Grease and line a 18 x 18cm (7 x 7 inch) baking tin.
2. Melt Scotbloc according to pack instructions, place in a mixing bowl.
3. Melt butter and mix in to melted chocolate. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Stir in cookies, Mini Marshmallows and sultanas. Transfer to prepared tin, press down and allow to cool, then chill for at least 2 hours until set.
4. Slice into 16 squares. Decorate with Writing Icing before serving.
