What is live bio yogurt?
Bacteria isn't always bad – honest.
Onken Biopot contains 2 Live Bio cultures - Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum and 1 live culture - Streptococcus thermophilus, which helps give it a mild, fresh, creamy taste. We go live at Onken by warming the milk at a crucial point then adding cultures to ferment the lactose (milk sugar). The yogurt isn't pasteurized again, so the cultures survive – and that's why it's called ‘live'.
