Have a look at our top 5 tips for summer baking
1. Create a family cookbook - Every time you bake together as a family, take photographs of the finished creations and add them into a home-made album.  Kids can design the cookbook and even invent new recipes.

2. Baking play dates - Baking is the perfect way to keep your kids and their friends entertained over the holiday. Experiment with fruity ice lollies, cool personalised cookies, and decorated cakes.

3. Baking projects - Take a fun baking theme like Dinosaurs for a baking project - create dinosaur shaped cookies then use red, orange and green designer icing to bring the fire breathing monster to life.  Other themes could include Nature, The Beach, Animals and Family.

4. Include children when you are preparing for a picnic - The day before the picnic, help them make all their favourites and even personalised some cupcakes.  Give them a small hamper or bag to fill up with their own goodies.

5. Bring out the adventurer in your children - Let your kids’ inner Indiana Jones shine by asking them to create a treasure hunt using the treats they have baked by hiding them around your house and garden. Give clues to find the next treat.
