White Chocolate Brownie
Our White Chocolate Brownie Mix is rich and gooey with real white chocolate chunks in it for the perfect brownie hit!
Additions:
• 100g melted butter
• 1 medium egg
How long does it take...?
• Prepare – 5 minutes
• Refrigerate – 12 minutes
What to do...
1. In a large bowl combine the White Chocolate Brownie Mix, melted butter and egg. Mix with a spoon until a stiff dough is formed then mix in the chocolate chunks.
2. Spread the mixture evenly into a grease baking tin and then place tin directly onto the middle shelf of an oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and almost firm in the centre. For a firmer cake texture leave in the oven for a further 2-3 minutes.
3. Leave to cool slightly before cutting.
White Chocolate Brownie is tasty warm or cold and makes 12 servings (or 6 really big ones!).

Why not try...
