Apricot Baking Glaze

Apricot Baking Glaze is a delicious apricot preserve for general baking use.

Apricot Glaze is ideal for sealing sponge or fruit cakes, adhering icing and marzipan to cakes or using as a clear glaze on fruit flans.  Simply heat the required amount in a saucepan until boiled then spread thinly as required.

It's smooth texture means that it can be easily and smoothly applied to cakes using a round ended knife or brushed on to flans.

Each jar contains 275g.
