Chips & Inclusions

Chips and inclusions are so versatile that they can work as either an inclusion or as decorations.

Our fruit chunks are made from real fruit and are delicious in vanilla sponge or sprinkled on top of a buttercream swirl.

Chocolate chips are made from high quality cooking chocolate and are bake stable so don’t lose their shape when baked. This makes them ideal for baking into brownies, muffins and cookies. You can even use them as quick melting chocolate for coating and covering.
