Natural Marzipan
Our Marzipans have been developed through many years of tradition and experience.
Natural Marzipan (sometimes referred to as White Marzipan) is made with fine Californian almonds and Moroccan almond bitters to give it a superb distinctive flavour. The almonds are carefully ground and mixed to create a beautifully smooth, soft textured marzipan to help you mould easily and achieve a smooth surface on your cakes. It has the natural pale nut colour of almonds and contains no added colouring.
Our Natural Marzipan can be used as a covering layer on all types of cakes, for making confectionery or for modelling figurines and decorations.
Each pack is carefully wrapped in foil to maintain freshness and is available in the following sizes: 250g, 454g and 1kg.
