Ingredients
1 pack Dr. Oetker Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
50g Dr. Oetker Continental Milk Chocolate, melted
Dr. Oetker Hundreds & Thousands
500ml tub good-quality vanilla ice cream
Method:
1. Make the cookies following the instructions on the pack, but make 12 smaller cookies. Cool on a wire rack.
2. Once cool, dip each biscuit in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with hundreds & thousands. Allow to set in the fridge.
3. Sandwich 2 biscuits together with a good dollop of ice cream and serve, making sure you hand out plenty of paper napkins!
