Sesame Snaps

These are great for snacking on as they have added fibre as well as being wheat and dairy free.

Makes 15

Ingredients
150g (5oz) medium oatmeal
5 tbsp clear honey
50g (2oz) sesame seeds
45g (1 1/2oz) light brown sugar
5 tbsp clear honey oil
A few drops Dr. Oetker Natural Vanilla Extract

Method
1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C/350°F or 160°C for a fan assisted oven. Grease and line a 18 x 28cm (7 x 11inch) oblong cake tin.

2. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Make a well in the centre ad add the honey and oil. Mix all the ingredients together.

3. Press into the tin to cover the bottom and bake in the oven for about 20 mins until golden and bubbling.

4. Remove from the oven, cool in the tin for 2 mins, cut into 15 squares. Cool completely before removing from the tin to serve.
