St. Patrick's Day Flag biscuits

Ingredients:
175g soft unsalted butter
200g caster sugar
2 large eggs
400g plain flour
1 tsp Dr. Oetker Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
Icing
300g icing sugar
Dr. Oetker Food Colours
2 baking sheets lined


Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Cream the butter and sugar together until pale gradually beat in the eggs and the vanilla.

3. In another bowl combine the dry ingredients add this to the beaten egg mixture to combine to a soft dough leave to rest for 1 hour.

4. Cut into flag shapes and bake on lined trays for 8-12 minute cool fully before icing. When cooled prepare icing with a few tbsp of warm water and colour proceed to decorate as flags.
