50g (2oz) margarine
1½ tbsp golden syrup
175g (6oz) Dr. Oetker Fine Cooks' Milk Chocolate
150g (5oz) cornflakes
1 tsp Dr. Oetker Natural Vanilla Extract
Dr. Oetker Baking Cases
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat.
2. Add the golden syrup stirring constantly until mixed.
3. Add the Milk Chocolate and Natural Vanilla Extract and stir until blended then remove from the heat.
4. Add the cornflakes and stir to coat evenly. For an interesting twist you could also add chopped dried apricots to the mixture.
5. Place in Baking Cases and place in a fridge. Allow to set before serving.
