Gluten Free Caprese Tortilla Flatbread

The toasted tortilla base makes this recipe a great gluten free starter. Caprese salad is a traditional Italian favourite. The flavours of tomato, mozzarella and basil are perfect with a Dr. Oetker Ristorante Gluten Free Pizza Salame.

For the recipe  Gluten Free Caprese Tortilla Flatbread


250 g Mozzarella (2 Balls, Sliced)
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Portions Gluten Free Wraps
30 g Green Pesto (2 tbsp)
Beef Tomatoes (2 Sliced)
Basil Leaves (Fresh)
Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar




In a large griddle pan, toast each side of the 4 wraps.


Top each wrap with the pesto, mozzarella and tomato. Sprinkle over some torn basil leaves and then drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Cut into thick slices or wedges, and serve.
