For the recipe Sesame Snaps
|150 g||Oatmeal (5 oz)|
|75 ml||Honey (5 tbsp)|
|50 g||Sesame Seeds (2 oz)|
|45 g||Light Brown Sugar (1 ½ oz)|
|3 ml||Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract (2-3 drops)|
|75 ml||Sunflower Oil (5 tbsp)|
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C Fan, Gas Mark 4). Grease and line a 18 x 28cm (7 x 11inch) oblong cake tin.
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Make a well in the centre ad add the honey and oil. Mix all the ingredients together.
Press into the tin to cover the bottom and bake in the oven for about 20 mins until golden and bubbling.
Remove from the oven, cool in the tin for 2 mins, cut into 15 squares. Cool completely before removing from the tin to serve.
