Knead your dough well to help the gluten from in your dough.
Allow you pizza dough to rest before beginning to roll, this will make your dough easier to work with and also give your pizza base a nicer texture, ideally leave your dough to rest overnight, it is best to leave it to rest in the fridge this help with the flavour of the dough.
Stretching the dough with your hands and rolling out the dough with a rolling pin works well to get a nice flat pizza and shape your dough.
Try not to overtop your pizza, I know it is tempting but this can prevent the base from baking properly and resulting in a watery and undercooked centre of your pizza.
