A handy hint to help you roll out your pastry.

If your pastry or dough keeps sticking to the rolling pin, place the rolling pin in the freezer for a few minutes. When you start rolling again, the mixture shouldn't stick so much.


Try rolling out your pastry between two pieces of parchment paper to stop your pastry sticking to your work surface and rolling pin.
