First up let’s decorate those glasses, melt 50g of Chocolate in the microwave in 10 second bursts, stirring between each burst, try and melt the chocolate in a bowl with a base a similar size to the rip of your cocktail glass. Whilst your chocolate is melting use a grater or potato peeler to make grate the remaining chocolate into curls.
Once your chocolate has meted dip the rim of each glass into it and sprinkle over the grated chocolate. Leave on once side for the chocolate to set.
Now for the cocktails, make sure your freshly brewed espresso is cool and pop into a cocktail shaker along with the coffee liqueur, vodka, Caramel Flavour and a handful of ice cubes. Pop on the lid and shake, shake, shake, make sure you give your cocktail a really good shake, this creates the wonderful foam on top of your martini.
Pour into your prepared glasses through a sieve or strainer to catch any ice and if needed spoon the foam on top. Sieve over your Cocoa Powder to decorate the top of your cocktail.
Ta-dah your Caramel Espresso Martinis are ready to serve!
