397 gCondensed Milk
150 gDr. Oetker 35% Milk Chocolate
150 gDr. Oetker 72% Extra Dark Chocolate
50 gUnsalted butter
100 gDr. Oetker White Chocolate Chunks
150 gSweets (Candy Canes, Broken)

Grease and line a 8 inch square tin with greaseproof paper.

Place the condensed milk, butter and Chocolate into a saucepan and heat over a low heat, stirring until the butter and chocolate has melted.

Once melted take the pan off the heat and add 50g of crushed candy canes and stir through, allow to cool for 5 minutes and add the White Chocolate Chunks, gently folding them into the fudge mixture.

Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and smooth to cover the base of the tray. Sprinkle the remaining candy canes on top and place in the fridge to set for 3-4 hours.

Once set remove from the fridge and cut into small squares. You and now ready to wrap your fudge up for the perfect Christmas gift!
