We know measuring isn't the most enjoyable part about baking, so we have packed our Dr. Oetker Fine Dark Cocoa Powder in 3 convenient sachets, each containing 3 tbsp (25g). Just tear and tip to get on with the fun of baking. Plus, our Cocoa Powder has been created specifically for baking to provide a rich dark colour and flavour in cakes, cupcakes, brownies and desserts. We have reduced the acidity of our Cocoa Powder to give it a rich colour, smooth flavour and not interfere with the rise of your bakes.

  1. One sachet contains 3 tbsp or 1oz for convenience.
  2. Use quantity of Cocoa Powder as stated in your recipe.
  3. For a classic idulgent chocolate cake use 110g caster sugar, 110g margarine, 2 eggs, 85g self raising flour and 25g Cocoa Powder.
