Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan oven, 350°F, gas mark 4). Line 6 muffin tins with the Cupcake Cakes. Put all the ingredients except those for decoration in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients together and then whisk for a few seconds more until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Divide the between the Cases, smooth the tops and bake for about 20 minutes until risen and lightly golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 3: To create Sasha’s quiff, fit the star-shaped nozzle to the can of Easy Swirl Icing and follow the piping instructions on the can, and starting in the middle, pipe a big swirl on top.
Step 4: Sprinkle with Fairy Princess decorations. Arrange 2 Wafer Flowers for eyes, using a dab of Easy Swirl to secure a pearl in the centre of each flower.
