First things first, melt the chocolates separately in 20 second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each burst. Pop your melted chocolate into 3 different piping bags.
Line 2 baking trays with greaseproof and cut a small hole in the end of each piping bag. Pipe large chocolate coin size blobs of chocolate onto the greaseproof, you can draw templates on the back on the greaseproof if it is easier you ensure your coins are the same size.
To decorate your coins, tap your baking trays on the worksurface to remove any air bubbles. Sprinkle over the toppings, why not try mixing some toppings together on the coins. To create the marble decoration, pipe small blobs of the opposite colour chocolate (white on dark etc) and then use a cocktails stick to swirl the chocolate through. Pop into the fridge to set and then gently peel off the greaseproof.
