
First things first, cut a small hole in the top of the egg. Break it a bit bigger until the toy can be removed.
Place the cream and the cream cheese in a bowl with the sugar. Whisk the mixture until soft peaks form and pop into a piping bag.
Pipe the filling in the eggs and use a teaspoon to create a little hole on the top of the filling. Now fill the lemon curd in the hole to create an egg yolk. Tah-da your easter egg cheesecake is ready to eat!
