Pud in a Mug Sticky Toffee

Dr. Oetker Sticky Toffee Pud in a Mug is a delicious sweet treat. Ready in less than 2 minutes, this quick and easy sponge pudding can be eaten straight from the mug, or poured out into a bowl and served with ice cream or custard. Just add milk. Preparation (Microwave):

1. Measure 150ml semi- skimmed milk into a 250ml mug.
2. Microwave on full power for 1 minute (800W).
3. Empty the contents of the sachet into the mug and stir until smooth.
4. Microwave on full power for a further 30 seconds (800W) and stir.
5. Pud in a Mug will thicken on standing, for an even richer Pud, microwave for 10 second bursts and stir.

WARNING: Mug and cake may be hot! Take care when removing from Microwave.

Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, whole EGG powder, WHEAT starch, EGG white powder, rice starch, emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polysorbate 80), caramelised sugar syrup, raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), colour (plain caramel), maltodextrin, flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid).
