In two separate bowls, pop the white chocolate into one and the milk chocolate into the other,
Twist the Oreos to create 2 halves, then dip the lollypop stick into the melted chocolate and in the middle of the Oreos sandwich them back together. Repeat with the rest of the Oreos and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
Pop in the microwave and melt on 30 second bursts until fully melted.
If your chocolate has set then place back into the microwave for 30 seconds to re melt it. And melt the other bowl of chocolate after. (If the bowl is warm you can pop the chocolate into cooler bowls for the children.)
Dip the Oreos into the chocolate and wiggle off any excess chocolate. Place on parchment paper. If you want to pop sprinkles on top now, is the time to do it. If you would like to make Rudolph, pop in the half pretzel on the top now. Alternatively, pop them in the fridge to fully set.
Now it’s time to decorate. Using any leftover chocolate you can glue on the chocolate placements on top. And decorate with the decorating icing. For Rudolph use the red writing icing to make the nose and glue on the eyes with the chocolate.
