Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C/Gas Mark 6. Line 2 x baking trays with greaseproof paper and set aside.
Mix together the flour, oats and Bicarbonate of Soda. Add the egg and water and mix together to form a dough.
Pop the dough between 2 pieces of greaseproof paper and roll out to approx. 1½cm thickness and use a bone shaped cutter to cut of the dough, re-rolling as required. You can make any shaped biscuits depending on what cutters you have. Pop your biscuits onto your prepared baking tray spaced slightly apart.
Bake your biscuits for about 10 minutes until firm, your biscuits will be crisp on the outside and softer in the centre. Leave to cool on the tray for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Wrap your biscuits up or pop into a jar and gift them to your doggy friends!
