First things first, preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C/Gas mark 4. Line a 12 hole muffin with Red Cupcake Cases.
In a large bowl combine the mashed banana, peanut butter, eggs, Vanilla Extract and honey. Sieve the flour and Baking Powder on top and pour over the oats, fold together. Finally pour in the water and grated carrot and stir to combine.
Divide the mixture equally between the baking cases and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once your pupcakes are cooled it’s time to decorate them; mix together the cream cheese and peanut butter and pop a spoonful on top of each cupcake.
Top each cupcake with a dog treat for the perfect decoration. Wrap your pupcakes or pop into a gift box and give to your furry friends!
