Mini Doughnuts
100 g
Icing Sugar
about 1 - 2 tbsp
Cold Water
about 0.5 - 1 tsp
about 0.5 - 1 tsp

How to Prepare:

Split the icing into two bowls Add green food colour gel into one. Add red food colour gel into another. Then add 1-2tbsp water into the bowl and give this a good mix until combined and thick. (Add a little more water if you think your icing is too thick)

Dip the doughnuts into the icing wiggling off any excess icing. Place on a greased and lined baking tray or plate.

Before they set, sprinkle over the Dr. Oetker Dec the Halls Sprinkles. Then allow to fully set at room temperature.
