First up, pre-heat your oven to 180°C/ 160°C/Gas mark 4. Next, slice your hot cross buns in half and line the base of a large baking dish with the bases of the hot cross buns. Spread the marmalade over the top of the base. Break the Chocolate into pieces and scatter over the top of the marmalade. Finally, pop the tops on the hot cross buns.
Pop the milk, cream, eggs, sugar and Orange extract into a large bowl and whisk together with a balloon whisk until combined. Pour over the top of your hot cross buns and sprinkle over the Chocolate Chunks.
Pop into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. You are now ready to serve your hot cross bun pudding! We recommend serving if with a dollop of ice-cream.
