Mini Christmas Houses

In a heat proof bowl or mug half fill it with boiling water. Pop in the bag of chocolate chips and allow them to sit in it for 2-3 minutes. (Keep them in the bag for an easy way to pipe!)

Set up all the decorations the kids would love to decorate the house with.  

Trim one small corner of the chocolate chip bag. (This is so you can squeeze it out easier.) 

Lay one biscuit flat and then pipe white chocolate along the top. Place a biscuit on top. Again, pop some white chocolate on top and sides of the biscuit, and using two more biscuits create a triangle, glueing them together with the white chocolate along the top. Now you should have the shape of a house! 

Time to get creative and decorate your little houses with all the Dr.Oetker Christmas sprinkles, and pipe the white writing icing to create snow.
