First up, pop the cream, mascarpone, Kahlua, icing sugar and Vanilla Paste into a large bowl and whisk to soft peaks. Pour your strong coffee into another bowl.
One at a time dip your sponge fingers into the coffee until soaked but not soggy. Line the base of your 18x25cm dish with the soaked fingers. Then spread half of your cream mixture on top. Sieve over some Cocoa Powder and grated chocolate.
Layer up another row of soaked sponge fingers and pour over any leftover coffee from soaking your fingers. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
Pop in the fridge to chill for a couple of hours or overnight. Once you are ready to serve sieve over the Cocoa Powder and grated Chocolate. Ta-dah your Italian inspired dessert is ready to impress your guests!
