Scotbloc Chocolatey Cake Covering

Dr. Oetker Chocolatey Cake Covering is great for covering cakes and cupcakes. It's an easy to melt chocolatey covering that gives you the perfect glossy finish every time - making bakes look like indulgent professional pieces. Ideal for kids baking.

GET BAKING!

  1. To melt on the hob: Break into squares and place in a dry heatproof bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water and stir until smooth.
  2. Take care not to get water into the melting cake covering.
  3. To melt in the microwave: Break into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.
  4. Take care not to overheat when melting.
