For the Rocky Road:

200 g Dr. Oetker 35% Milk Chocolate
100 g Unsalted Butter (4 oz)
200 g Chocolate Chip Cookies (7 oz) lightly crushed
100 g White Mini Marshmallows (4 oz)
100 g Sultanas (4 oz)

Rocky Road Fridge Cake

Step 1: Grease or cut grease proof paper for an 18x18cm (7x7 inch) baking tin.

Step 2: Melt the Fine Cooks' Chocolate according to the pack instructions and place in a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Melt the butter and mix into the melted Chocolate. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Stir in the cookies, mini marshmallows and sultanas. Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin, press down and allow to cool. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.

Step 5: Slice into 16 squares and serve.
