1

First things first make the pancake batter, pour the pancake mix into a large bowl and add 300ml milk. Whisk together until you have a smooth batter and leave to stand for 10 minutes - this helps the batter thicken slightly.

2

Pop a pancake pan or frying pan on a medium heat and brush with a small amount of oil. Pop your pancake mix into a piping bag and cut a small hole in the end.

3

Pipe small dollops of pancake mixture into your heated pan to fill your pan with more pancakes, try and only pipe small dollops of mixture as they will spread when they cooked. Once they begin bubbling on the surface flip your pancakes over and allow to cook on the other side for about 30 seconds until golden brown.

4

Once cooked pop your pancakes onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof and keep warm in the oven on a low heat whilst your cook the rest of the pancakes. Fill the pan with mini pancakes again and cook, repeat until you have used up all your pancake batter.

5

Now its time to serve your pancakes divide your mini pancakes between 4 cereal bowl and top with berries and Chocolate chips. Drizzle over some maple syrup and you’re ready to tuck in and enjoy your pancake cereal!
