Cut the apples in half and remove the core. Place a skewer through the centre of each piece of apple.
Melt the Chocolate in a microwavable bowl, melt in 30 second bursts then stir the chocolate and continue melting in 10 second bursts and stirring between each burst until the chocolate is melted. Leave the chocolate to cool for 10 minutes.
Once the chocolate has cooled dipped each piece of apple into the melted chocolate to coat holding the skewer – use a spoon to help pour chocolate over the apple if needed. Gently tap the skewer onto the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate then leave to set on a piece of greaseproof.
Before the chocolate has completely set add the crushed biscuits, Sprinkles and marshmallows to your apple pops – you can get creative with your designs! Finally drizzle your apple pops with caramel sauce and allow to completely set by placing in the fridge.
