Line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. Break the Chocolate into square and place in a microwaveable bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds then stir, repeat heating the chocolate in 30 second bursts, stirring between each burst until the chocolate is melted.
Pour about 50g of melted chocolate into 3 small bowls. Add a few drops of Pink Food Colour Gel to one small bowl and stir through until the chocolate is pink, add a few more drops of colour if required. Repeat for the Blue and Orange Colour Gels, so you end up with 3 small bowls of coloured chocolate – only add a small amount of colour gel at a time to ensure the chocolate does not seize, if the chocolate thickens too much as it is coloured heat in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to loosen.
Pour the remaining white chocolate onto the tray coved in greaseproof paper and small to evenly cover the paper. Working quickly, blob the coloured chocolate over the white chocolate and swirl through with a cocktail stick to marble the coloured chocolate together. Sprinkle the unicorn confetti Sprinkles over the top of the chocolate bark.
Place the chocolate bark in the fridge to set. Once the bark has set break up into shards and use to decorate a cake or wrap up for a prefect hand made gift!
Why not try experimenting with different colours, simply add different colour gels to create chocolate bark to suit all colour palettes!
Why not try replacing 150g white chocolate with milk chocolate and use this as the base for the chocolate shards and add the coloured white chocolate on top.
