-Break the chocolate into chunks, and place into a heat proof bowl. Add the 100ml of cream, and microwave on a low heat in 30 second busts, until melted together and smooth.
-Allow this to cool, until it reaches room temperature.
-Once the white chocolate ganache has cooled to room temperature, put the remining cream in a clean bowl and whisk until soft peaks.
-Fold in the white chocolate ganache until combined. (If the chocolate ganache starts to set, use the whisk on a slow setting to whisk out the clumps.)
-Put the cream in the fridge until your ready to decorate
-Preheat the waffle machine. If your waffle machine has heat settings on, Preheat to a medium heat
-Put the pancake mix into a bowl, along with the milk and the vanilla. Whisk until smooth with no lumps.
-Put a little oil over the waffle machine and rub in with a pastry brush. Pour the pancake mix over the machine, until it covers the holes. (do not over fill as it will spill over of the edges.) Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Now your waffles are cooked, we can start to decorate;
-Take the cream out of the fridge, scoop the cream on to the waffles and then decorate with the Oreos, Dr.Oetker billionaires chocolate chip mix, Dr.Oetker chocolate hearts, and the fresh fruit.
