Grease and line a 9inch square baking tin. Break up your Chocolate into a bowl. Pop in the butter and golden syrup. Melt together in the microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Continue to heat in 10 second bursts, stirring between bursts until your mixture has melted. Set aside to cool briefly.
Stir the biscuits, apricots, cranberries, mini marshmallows, honeycomb and chips together in a bowl. Pour over the melted chocolate mixture and stir until it is all covered in chocolate. Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin, press down and allow to cool. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
Melt the Dark Chocolate in a large bowl in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between each burst. Repeat for the White and Milk Chocolate heating in 20 second bursts.
Pour the Dark Chocolate over your rocky road and smooth out. Drizzle over the White and Milk Chocolate and swirl through with a cocktail stick. Finish off with some Reindeer Cheer Sprinkles.
Leave to set in the fridge before cutting up for the perfect festive treat and wrap up as a tasty homemade treat!
