First things first, make sure your jar is clean and properly dry, we recommend a jar around 1 litre in capacity.

In a bowl mix together the flour, Baking Powder and Bicarb and pour into the jar. Press down the later using the back of a spoon the help it stay in place.

Pour the light brown sugar on top of the flour and press down and then add the caster sugar.

Add half the Rainbow Chips, then the White Chocolate Chips and then the remaining Rainbow Chips.

Instructions to make the cookies:

You will need to add, 110g butter and 1 egg.
Soften your butter and whisk up until light and pale in colour. Add in your baking jar ingredients and 1 egg and beat together until all combine.

Divide your mixture into 8 pieces and roll into balls. Place onto 2 lined baking trays and freeze for 30 minutes.

Bake at 200°C/180°C fan/Gas Mark 6 for about 20 minutes.
