Step 1: Pre-heat the oven (top/bottom heat: 225 °C/fan oven: 200 °C).

Step 2: Slice the bagels in half. Spread tomato sauce and crème fraîche onto each half, then top with salami slices and cheese. Place the slices onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the centre of the oven for approx. 6–8 minutes.
Step 3: After baking, drizzle with BBQ sauce and serve.
If you like a bigger bite, you can join two halves together once baked to create a burger.
