Step 1: Grease and line a 10”x8” rectangle baking tin. Place the marshmallows, Vanilla Extract and cubed butter into a medium saucepan.
Step 2: Heat over a medium heat, stirring until the butter and marshmallows have melted.
Step 3: Place the rice krispies into a large bowl. Pour over the melted marshmallows and stir together using a large spatula until the cereal is completely coated.
Step 4: Spoon into the baking tray and press down with the back of a spoon to pack them down. – if the mixture is too sticky to work with dampen hands with water and press down the mixture.
Step 5: Chill in the fridge until set for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Step 6: Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts stirring between each burst until the chocolate is melted. Using a teaspoon drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the rice crispie traybake.
Step 7: Sprinkle the Bright and Bold sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate and leave to set.
Step 8: Cut into 12 pieces and serve your rice crispie treats!
Your Rice crispie treats will keep for up to 3 days stored in an airtight container.
