First up, line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a pan, add the butter, golden syrup, sugar, and vanilla. Bring to a boil, and let it bubble for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour the toffee mixture over the popcorn and give it a good mix to coat everything evenly. Sprinkle over ¾ of the Deck the Halls sprinkles and mix again.

Tip the popcorn onto the prepared tray, then sprinkle over the remaining sprinkles for that extra festive touch.

Allow to cool and set before serving. Alternatively, pop into gift bags and share with loved ones this Christmas!
