
Split the yoghurt into 2 bowls.
Add 2tsp vanilla into each bowl and 100g icing sugar(optional). (the sugar will add sweetness but will not affect the setting) Then add the food colour gel, one in each bowl.
In another bowl pop 180 of each colour and give this a mix until it makes the colour purple.
Pop blobs of the yoghurt onto a lined baking tray, and using a knife or spoon, swirl the colours together.
Sprinkle over the unicorn sprinkles. Then pop in the freezer until firm. Break into pieces and store in a bag for up to 3 months.
