Bake the traybake as per pack instructions
Once cooled, it’s time to make the buttercream. Pop the icing sugar from the pack in a bowl with the butter and give it a good mix with a wooden spoon or a hand held electric whisk.
Use 1/3 of the mix and spread this over the top of the traybake.
Pop the rest in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe a boarder around the outside of the traybake. (If you don’t have a piping bag you can spread all the buttercream over the cake and make a fun pattern.)
Now it’s time to decorate- use the Dr. Oetker Numbers and Letters to create a message on top. Then sprinkle the sprinkles from the traybake mix over the top!
