Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Split the white icing between two bowls. Add some Dr. Oetker Red Food Colour Gel to one bowl and mix until it turns bright red. Leave the other bowl white. Pop 2-4 tsp water in and give this a mix until it makes a Christmasy red colour.
Dip one end of each Rice Krispie Square about 2cm into the red icing. Place it on the tray and leave it to set for about 5 minutes.
Dip the other end into the white icing to create Santas beard, place it back on the tray and leave it to set.
Use some of the leftover red icing to make a little red nose.
Then use the Dr. Oetker Chocolatey Decorating Icing to add two eyes and a little bobble on the top of Santa’s hat.
Your cute Santa Rice Krispie Squares are ready to enjoy. Why not make a whole Santa family?
