Kids Rocky Road

Grease and line a loaf tin.  Pop sachet easy melt into a jug of boiling water.  

Melt the butter in the microwave  

Using a rolling pin or a food processor crush the digestives into small pieces.  

In a bowl add in the M&Ms, biscuits and the mini marshmallows  

Add in the melted butter, vanilla and melted easy melt into the bowl, then give this a good mix until combined  

Pour the rocky road mixture into in the lined tin and press this in with a spoon or spatula.  

Pour over the top of the rocky road and spread this to cover the top

Sprinkle over the Rainbow Magic Sprinkles.  

Allow to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
