Pumpkin Pancake

In a bowl mix together the American pancake mix and the milk. Take of 50g of the mixture and place in a separate bowl.  In the larger bowl add in ½ tube Dr. Oetker Orange Food Colour Gel and give this a mix until all combined. In the smaller bowl add in ½ tube Dr. Oetker Green Food Colour Gel and give this a mix until all combined.  

Pop a medium frying pan on a medium heat and drizzle with oil. Once other pan is hot, pour in the orange mixture (into a circle) and then immediately pour a small amount of green mixture on the top to create the stork. 

Once the pancake starts to bubble, flip, and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes, until fully cooked in the middle. Pop in a warm oven until all the pancakes are cooked.
