
Split the icing sugar into three bowls (50g in each) Add the yellow food colour gel in one, the red in another, and leave the other one white. Then add in 1tsp of water to make a thick icing paste. (You should be able to spread this over the biscuit, so add more water if need.)
Use a clean paint brush or a pallet knife to spread the icing over the biscuits.
