Split the icing sugar into three bowls (50g in each) Add the yellow food colour gel in one, the red in another, and leave the other one white. Then add in 1tsp of water to make a thick icing paste. (You should be able to spread this over the biscuit, so add more water if need.)

Use a clean paint brush or a pallet knife to spread the icing over the biscuits.

Use the Dr. Oetker Chocolatey Decorating Icing to carefully pipe little faces onto your biscuits and bring them to life as your favourite animals—think fluffy sheep, cheerful ladybirds, buzzing bees, or friendly cows.
